• 1 to 2 years experience with Data Collection and Data Entry Data Management and Validation experience Proficiency in MS Office                                                        

Jobs Description:

• Conduct telephonic survey with daily caregivers/parents using software app 
• Act as the point of contact for caregiver concerns 
• Update daily timesheet and work completed  Update data to the project-specific spreadsheets  Compliance to all the project timelines as set forth in the SOPs      
• Should have command over all the FAQs as listed in the SOPs
