• Minimum Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• General repair and maintenance of building and facility
• Rectify breakdowns, malfunctions and any other disruption is smooth operations and develop and implement safety standards
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures
• Contractors, labor management and negotiation
• Vendor management and negotiation and good understanding of PPRA rules
• Budget and cost management of repair and maintenance work
