- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any engineering, supply chain management or management discipline.
- Additional certification in procurement would be preferred
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience. Possess experience of ERP (SAP preferred), e-procurement and MS Office Applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to review and analyze all requirements received from users for relevant assigned area. Able to prepare and issue invitation to tender and tender package documents complying to technical, legal and financial requirements.
- Capable of reviewing technical evaluation to ensure compliance with the technical criteria.
- Conduct commercial evaluation and obtain approvals. Able to process user requirements by placing purchase orders (PO) and work contracts / call out agreements.
- Able to arrange deliveries of all materials & services and keep a track of status. Able to manage all assigned internal and external audits related activities. Capable of liaising with relevant departments to ensure that timely completions of tasks.
- Able to arrange end user inspection and materials storage / stacking in compliance with materials handling and preservation procedures.
- Able to support inventory management at field stores.
