Jobs Description:
- Provide budgetary / financial insights in development of annual procurement plan of the Company and Provide technical support and guidance to concerned stakeholders on the development of supply chain plans, including demand analysis, market assessments, and planning of all company procurements and required related infrastructure.
- Maintain a rigorous, accountable, and transparent procurement system, which is compliant with PPRA Procurement Manual, local laws and company requirements. Assist in establishing and implementing procurement plans with various Teams / Departments.
- Provide support to ensure that all purchases are of highest quality and standards
- Work closely with Finance department to regularly monitor payment status and ensure timely payments to concerned stakeholders and Review existing Procurement methods and make process improvements for effective delivery.
