Pakistan Single Window (PSW), Lahore                                                                                Qualification:

• Bachelors in Computer Science / information Technology or any relevant discipline

Experience:

• Must have 6+ years of experience in relevant field ln-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Strong concepts design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc.
• Complete hands-on experience to define the product roadmap.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team and Strong concepts design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc.
• Design & Develop Software Architecture and applications as per specification by following the guidelines and best practices.  
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
• Maintain a product backlog according to Release plan. Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Transform business requirements in WBS.
• Identify milestones and plan sprints to deliver require feature of release. Coordinate with other product owner incase if there is an integration requirement in a release. Finalize technology and technical architecture in assistance with Software Architecture and Database Team.
• Ensure technical documentation of the design and developed product.
• Prepare business release notes and ensure delivery of technical release notes from development team.
• Assess need of technology upgradation requirements of developed products.
• Manage L2/13 support of developed products.
• Perform review of product user manuals, FAQs, Video Tutorial/ Blogs.
• Ensure Software Development Team is following defined SOPs of Software Development and Release Management.
• Mentor team of Software Engineer, QA and Ul/UX Team.
