Qualification:
- Bachelors in Computer Application
Experience:
- 5 – 10 years’ experience and Prior experience in IT implementation is desirable.
- Proficiency with ERP-related products (financial systems, procurement systems, legal systems, etc.), backed by over 3 years of experience in system implementation and operation.
- Demonstrate superior analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and understanding of service management workflows will be a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and deploy the Ticketing System for managing internal services spanning various departments like Admin, Physical Security, HR, procurement, legal, etc.
- Maintain an understanding of current industry trends and modify the implementation and operation tactics accordingly to ensure efficient processes.
- Monitor user feedback, grasp user expectations, and encourage enhancements in product features and operational strategies.
- Research and establish state-of-the-art methods for internal product operations while developing suitable tools as per generalized platforms.
- Set precise goals for implementation and operation and work towards their fulfillment.
- Implement SLAs to outline service objectives, supervise ticket processing, and manage metrics related to service quality and Harness data analysis and visualization tools to deliver lucid insights into service processes, efficiency, and quality.
