Qualification:
- B Tech/ BE/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma holder
Experience:
- 10 or more year experience in Marine and Oil & Gas Project.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HVA/C Design, Repairs and New Installations for Marine Industry and Knowledge in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
Jobs Description:
- Ability to develop, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation and Thorough understanding of technical drawings, plans and data. Possess knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge and experience in ship repair and new building works.
- Advanced knowledge in HVAC relevant EU regulations NORSOK, ISO standards, SMACNA, DW143/144 standards.
- Responsible for man-power allocation, production, quality, safety, and productivity. Ensure booking of Man hours in correct sequence.
- Responsible for selection/ recruitment of production workmen, foremen and Sr. foreman staff in coordination with people Dept.
- Prepare Installation method statements, HVA/C construction procedures, TRA, assess risk and mitigation plan.
- Preparation of Pre-commissioning & commissioning procedure in consultation with Engineering.
