Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research and Development: Conduct primary and secondary research on community engagement principles, community psychology, participatory action research, and other novel methodologies. Build and house a research repository that can be availed by staff interested in community engagement. Support Senior Program Manager in the design and development of innovations.
• Knowledge Management: Support Senior Program Manager in grant proposals, manuscript writing, conference presentation drafting, report generation, and others. Lead the knowledge asset for all community engagement activities to consolidate findings and learning across programs. Community Outreach: Participate in field visits across multiple community engagement projects (especially End TB, and others as needed) for primary data collection, support visits, and others. Liaise with existing program teams to support community outreach efforts through the incorporation of PAR principles.
• Miscellaneous: Support Senior Program Manager across multiple community engagement activities, such as attending meetings, taking notes, drafting MoUs, or others as required. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis as needed for different projects.
