  • Procurement and PC-I-related Documentation.
  • Coordination with relevant departments for PC-Is, revisions etc. and Maintaining relationships with suppliers/departments (internal and external).
  • Soft and Hard Record Management.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information (soft and hard form). Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects/tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
