Higher Education Commission, Islamabad                                                                           Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national / international University in Computer Science or related discipline   

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in technology related roles with 5 years in managing large scale technology implementations / rollouts of ERP, Blockchain and Cloud projects with good knowledge of industry environment of Pakistan/technological advancements along with the international trends/competencies      
• Hands-on experience of report writing Demonstrates good knowledge of information technology and applies it in work assignments-familiarity with disruptive technologies and Proven report writing skills               

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and implementation of technical components / activities under the HEDP project.  
• Oversee ERP, Blockchain and Cloud procurements both with formulation of TORs and also keeping a close eye on these as they get underway
• Provides management of the technical components of the project, ensuring that the agreed project outcomes are delivered by the set deadline    
• Manages a detailed schedule of activities, identifying major milestones and critical tasks.
• Identify successful and non-successful component elements to help with lessons learned
