Project Execution Engineer-Karachi

By  Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for a Karachi based newly established Renewable Energy company.               

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters in Engineering from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
• Proven experience in project execution, preferably in the renewable energy sector and Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. 
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.       

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution from initiation to completion. 
• Ensure project activities align with the project plan, timeline, and budget. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project efficiency. 
• Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations as needed to meet project objectives and Implement and enforce quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any deviations.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Manager Project Execution and other senior management.
• Identify potential risks and challenges during project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
