  • Graduate/ Postgraduate degree preferably in Business / Banking or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in business revenue generation roles in financial institutions or related sector  

Jobs Description:

  •  Maintain and keep updating MIS pertaining to all the roles and responsibilities and keep evidences in record.
  • Visit branches regularly and maintain visit records to facilitate tracking of progress and their role· in it.  
  • Formulate a clear action plan, branch-wise for loss making branches and those that are just  breaking even, to ensure that they turn into profit asap and liaison with the Head Office for support required for this purpose.
  • Ensure that the Branches achieve targets within the regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Facilitate Branch Manager(s) by networking and doing related PR work in order to encourage· new account opening.
  • Representation of the Bank at various forums for image building / marketing of the Bank.  
  • Oversee and manage branch physical infrastructure, upgrade and maintain, through repair and· renovation, a positive image of branches in respective regions.
  • Identify places for opening of new branches/ booths with complete feasibility reports on rental· or ownership basis.
  • Ensure that the legal suits for recovery are being appropriately attended to and checks delays if any in settlement of the cases and seek support from HO legal division if required on timely basis.
  • Visit / meet at least two or more potential/existing clients a day with a view to establish/update· relationship.
  • Manage Risk and increase business volume with special focus on bringing in low cost deposit for· the Bank.
  • Periodic visits to business place / factory / industry of customers availing loan facility to ensure· proper running of business and utilization of loan etc as per the credit policy requirement of FWBL.
  • Locker Break Opening in branches to be carried out as per the laid down SOPs of FWBL in· branches under jurisdiction
