- Minimum 18 years of qualification in Economics from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in agriculture research, planning and policy
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on agriculture sector
- identifying key crops for each region based on data and evidence. Identify missing links (from seed to local & international market) in value chain of each crop and identifying the specialized support system for all crops. Assist in identifying and developing framework for analyzing existing policies and reforms related to agriculture development.
- Assist in mapping potential areas for agriculture interventions and accordingly propose projects
- Review secondary data and analysis to conduct policy and program research and propose recommendations to improve the agriculture sector
