Jobs Description:
- Research and Development: Conduct primary and secondary research on community engagement principles, community psychology, participatory action research, and other novel methodologies.
- Build and house a research repository that can be availed by all IRD staff interested in community engagement. Support SPM in the design and development of innovations.
- Knowledge Management: Support SPM in grant proposals, manuscript writing, conference presentation drafting, report generation, and others.
- Lead the knowledge asset for all community engagement activities at IRD to consolidate findings and learnings across programs.
- Community Outreach: Participate in field visits across multiple community engagement projects (such as Boost, endTB CAG, PIECEs, Sujaag, and others as needed) for primary data collection, support visits, and others. Conduct qualitative analysis as needed for different projects.
