Sales Coordinator-Dubai UAE

Qualification:

• University/ Diploma degree  (attested) preferably as an Engineer in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics or electro-mechanical related.

Experience:

• 2 years minimum experience in sales and service coordination with products related to ours or the job-related industries Experience certificate/s related to this job scope of work and within a close industry Should have an overall awareness of mechatronics products
• Minimum typing speed: 30WPM

Jobs Responsibilities:

•  Receive incoming inquiries via phone, email, website chat
• Assist the customer in technical and commercial aspects to choose a product and Prepare & send quotations or PI
• Follow up and coordinate with operations and back-office on deliveries & services to ensure a high level of customer service
• Order processing including orders received by the e-commerce, Create Invoice, DO and Creation of PL, COO
• Customer service and Support business and products development tasks
• Create & maintain logs and reports for sales and marketing
