Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Performing scanning of documents, quality control of files using document scanning equipment and Inspecting regularly quality and assuring smooth functioning of document scanners.
  • Operate appropriate machinery and software in a consistent and professional manner to achieve company and client objectives and Carry out indexing of scanned data and Quality check completed scanned document.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures where applicable and Ensure the safety and secure custody of data.
  • Accomplish project goal by completing related results as needed.
