  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, management or engineering discipline or equivalent

Experience:   

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas sector.                

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, NGOs, and district government officials.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of ongoing social welfare projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Able to promote the company’s image as a responsible corporate entity by engaging in public relations and awareness initiatives.
  • Capable of developing and managing the budget for community development projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Able to conduct needs assessments and impact assessments to evaluate the success of community programs.
  • Capable of preparing and submitting detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and challenges to senior management.
