Job Description:
- Design & Development: Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for projects across various sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.
- Project Management: Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, ensuring their technical and professional development.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level advice and solutions for complex electrical engineering challenges, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all electrical designs and systems comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, software, etc.) to integrate electrical systems into larger projects. Testing & Validation: Lead testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure they function as intended, identifying and resolving any issues before implementation.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports, to communicate designs and solutions effectively.
