- Engineering Graduate or Diploma Holder
Experience:
- Experience of minimum 05 year, Able to Support end-user Computer Devices (PC & mobile) Office Devices (printer, AV Equipment), and peripherals.
- Experience in Supporting Microsoft Windows & Office Suite.
- Good understanding of Networking & infrastructure technologies ( Servers, Storage, Switches, routers, patching ),and able to provide the support as guided by professional engineers or specialist.
