Senior Engineer Operations & Maintenance MEP-Karachi

For The Aga Khan University                                                                      Qualification:

• Bachelors of Engineering (Mechanical/ Industrial/Marine). Master’s degree will be an added advantage                 

Experience:

• minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience and extensive knowledge about boilers, chillers, air compressors, building management systems and their control                                             

Job Responsibilities:

• manage engineering services including operation of Plants and Equipment,
• Good verbal, and written communication skills as well as the ability to train and guide staff and ensuring operation of all mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and utility services in shifts including evaluation of operational parameters of critical assets act as Operational and Maintenance Heads during, weekends, evening, and night duties.
• manage emergency situations including fire and other disasters  handle all external disasters resulting in utility services breakdowns and badly affecting health care service delivery coordinate with K-Electric, KWSB, SSGC, Linde Pak, etc. and take further actions accordingly for service restoration achieve targeted key performance indicators of department quarterly as well as yearly 
• review Computerized Management System (CMMS) and respond to users timely  
• inspection of all critical assets and services and prompt rectification in case of any abnormality and taking corrective action in case of any deviation
