Jobs Description:

  • Update details of new joiners on EOBI portal and maintain employee attendance record as per the company’s policy & procedure
  • Maintain employee files in hard & soft copy Maintain record of all Comp & Ben programs in hard and soft copy with zero error
  • Manage and maintain accurate record of OPD claims while ensuring compliance of company’s OPD policy
  • Researches and compares incentive/benefits plans offered by demographically comparable organizations, makes recommendations for improvements
  • Assessment of the employees’ needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques 
  • Assist in monthly payroll data and compliance to the EOBI Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys Performs other related duties as assigned
