Senior Instructor Pediatrics & Child Health-Karachi

For Department of Pediatrics and Child Health The Aga Khan University                          Qualification:

• Must have completed a structured postgraduate training program in Pediatrics from a reputable institution.
• FCPS, FRCPCH, MRCPCH, American Boards or equivalent qualification in the relevant field. Fellowship in Neonatology or relevant experience will be considered as an added advantage

Experience:

• Experience of 3-4 years in in-patient and outpatient care

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research and specified administrative activities along with clinical responsibilities in the patient care areas of the outreach centers .
• Specifically work with your immediate supervisor to facilitate introduction of level 2 care set-up  including  standard protocol formulation and implementation for care of term ,preterm and sick newborns .
• Participate in the quality improvement and other department initiatives.
• Assigned specifics task ,clinical based across the four outreach sites. The task includes clinical work for research trials conducted in the outreach centers.
