For Linum Consult, Qatar                                                                             Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Civil Engineering  

Experience:

• At least 12 years’ experience working with international teams on significant rail projects. Strong background of project coordination within a multicultural team.
• Excellent technical knowledge of rail systems. Strong IT Skills, including MS Office    

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing all interfaces between Engineering, Maintenance & Program, and Operations during the project implementation phase. Advising on procedures required for identifying, documenting, and managing the detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning interfaces, Managing the technical interface expert team.
• Developing objectives and strategies.
• Advising on any issues arising from site investigations and construction activities and Conducting inspections or audits to better determine any interface problems
