By National Logistic Cells (NLC), Rawalpindi Qualification:
- Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years proven working experience as Senior Sales Position or similar position, experience in handling business project, managing team and prepare project feasibilities along with business project execution
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L of Corporate Sales Segment.
- Leading nationwide Corporate Sales Team and building transportation business to achieve Revenue & Profit targets.
- Planning, Budgeting & Product Development to enhance Corp Sales Business. Ensure optimum and efficient employment of task vehicles dedicated for corporate business.
- Business enhancement of Transportation, Marine and Air Services, Container Terminals, Warehousing segment and TIR. Preparing annual sale KPIs for Corporate Sales Team. Preparing and monitoring of annual sales budget for corporate and task vehicles.
- Plan team trainings to ensure development of individual employee of the team at personal level and monitoring, negotiating & finalizing business proposals of customers
