By National Logistics Cell (NLC), Rawalpindi Qualification:
- Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years proven working experience as Senior Sales Position or similar position, experience in handling business project, managing team and prepare project feasibilities along with business project execution.
Jobs Description:
- Responsible for P&L of project-based customers (Liquid Sales Segment). Responsible for timely tender submission and fulfilling all the pre-requisites. Engagement of Hired Mechanical Transport (HMTs) to fulfill the requirement of project-based business customers. Leading nationwide Liquid Sales Team and building transportation business to achieve Revenue & Profit targets. Planning, Budgeting & Product Development to enhance Liquid Sales Business. Ensure optimum and efficient employment of task vehicles dedicated for Liquid business.
- Preparing annual sale KPIs for Liquid Sales Team. Preparing and monitoring of annual sales budget for Liquid vehicles.
- Plan team trainings to ensure development of individual employee of the team at personal level.
- Submitting daily progress report to the line manager.
