Senior Product Owner-Karachi

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) , Islamabad                                                   Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors (4 Years) (HEC recognized) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 10+ Years of relevant experience and understand Business/System Requirements from Business Analyst/Domain Experts.

Jobs Description:

• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
• Strong concepts design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc.
• Design & Develop Software Architecture and applications as per specification by following the guidelines and best practices.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Maintain a product backlog according to Release plan.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Transform business requirements in WBS.
• Identify milestones and plan sprints to deliver require feature of release.
• Coordinate with other product owner incase if there is an integration requirement in a release and Finalize technology and technical architecture in assistance with Software Architecture and Database Team.
• Ensure technical documentation of the design and developed product.
• Prepare business release notes and ensure delivery of technical release notes from development team.
• Assess need of technology upgradation requirements of developed products.
• Manage L2/13 support of developed products. 
• Ensure Software Development Team is following defined SOPs of Software Development and Release Management.
• Mentor team of Software Engineer, QA and Ul/UX Team.
