Senior Program Manager MCR-IRD

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Science, Epidemiology, International Development, or other related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in grant and protocol writing, publications and partner engagement is highly preferable.
• Experience of working in low-middle-income settings is desirable and High proficiency in scientific manuscript writing and Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and Excellent analysis and report-writing skills.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and review of comprehensive research protocols, including designing data collection instruments and obtaining ethical approvals.
• Lead efforts to ensure the dissemination of project findings by actively publishing research outcomes in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals.
• Create and track project timelines for effective implementation of SOPs and guidelines, and an efficient monitoring system.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with international collaborators, stakeholders, and partners to ensure open communication and alignment of all resources and efforts and Provide liaising support to 1-2 projects through establishing coordination between the teams. Prepare donor reports for ongoing and new projects through liaising with project teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project progress and outcomes to donors and funding agencies.
• Develop briefs, presentations, and reports that describe and interpret project findings and provide actionable insights.
• Supervise, manage, and mentor the project team, fostering open communication, motivation, and empowering team members to make informed and transparent decisions.
• Mentor, train, and groom team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in research, project management, and stakeholder engagement
