- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience
Experience:
- 4-6 years’ experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and management.
- Hands-on Experience launching and managing multiple ITSM services.
- Demonstrable experience piloting and driving new modules and functionality. Strong Servicenow development and scripting skills. Strong JavaScript capabilities and Demonstrable experience in scoped application development.
- Experience using the ServiceNow Glide JavaScript libraries and Experience with custom layouts using Angular and Excellent knowledge of Client side and Server-side scripting skills including Flow Designer, Workflows and Hands-on knowledge of HRSD Core processes like Case management, Skills Management, Advanced Work Assignment, HR Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Reporting, and Mobile App.
- Support existing Integration ServiceNow with other tools such as Workday, Active Directory.
- Experience with Web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST) and JavaScript, XML, HTML.

- Driving and supporting automated processes within ServiceNow to facilitate efficient business processes. Working within Agile methodologies.
