Qualification:
- Any Graduation
 
Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar field, automotive/dealership experience. Arabic typing skills is mandatory
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acts as dealer’s service representative to the customer and customer’s representative to the service shop. Vehicle / service customer reception.
 - Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
 - Prepare work order (job card) for needed repair, showing parts, time, cost and labor estimate
 - Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order.
 - Analyze customer’s demands, according to the workshop loading.
 - Responsible for quality of the deadline commitment agreed with the customer. Explain the work performed and charges to the customer.
 - Monitor the quality of services (normal / rendered); deliver the vehicle to the customer after testing.
