• Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration

Experience:

• At least 2 to 4 years of demonstrated progressive experience with B2B sales, preferably in a sales support/operations role.
• Great in Excel, MS Office, analytical tools and operational tasks                              

Jobs Description: 

• Tracking progress on KPIs of Voice Business Team.
• Be the first point of contact to respond to/redirect the majority of business, financial and technical inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity within customer records in company switches and other systems. Serve as the primary administrator of rates by completing routine tasks which include (but not limited to) uploading rates on system, ensuring accuracy of agreed deal rates, handling disputes related to rates, enrichment of rates database.
• Deliver basic reporting and analysis of KPIs, in company provided systems and monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance.
