The Urban Unit, Planning & Development Board, Govt. of Punjab, Lahore Age: 18 to 65 years Qualification:
- Bachelors in computer sciences, IT, Software Engineering, GIS Development, or related field preferably from an HEC recognized university OR
- Masters in computer sciences, IT, Software Engineering, GIS Development, or related field preferably from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in systems development, GIS development, programming, information technology, and/or big data analytics OR
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in systems development, GIS development, programming, information technology, and/or big data analytics
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure quality of the systems design of all the equipment and software’s which are developed under PAHP. Technically manage all the android and software development, maintenance, deployment activities of the project.
- Ensure the development of protocols for the dashboards and other data sharing dashboard for stakeholders and android applications.
- Develop detailed timeline for each component’s release and implement effective project control by monitoring the progress of the Management information Systems, reporting their status to the Project Director.
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the systems development.
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the program will be evaluated at its completion.
- Prepare training and capacity building modules for HMIS, PMIS and BMIS for PHATA Employees.
- Develop GRM dashboard for effective grievance management and redressal. Implement the e-waste management guidelines.
