- Bachelor’s in Computer Science
Experience:
- 3 – 4 years experience. Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases and Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Jobs Description:
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation and Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
- Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes and Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
- Create or maintain databases of known test defects and Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Design or develop automated testing methods.
- Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.
