  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Guide customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct customers and provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
  • Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and special offers
    • Ensure racks are fully stocked. • Manage to merchandise of respective sections
