Jobs Description:

  • Receiving customer complaints on telephone and mails.
  • Distributing complaints to technicians.
  • Check and verify work order reports received from technicians.
  • Maintain work report and over-time record on register book.
  • Manage site cleanliness and waste handling ensuring any equipment and machinery is used correctly and maintained where necessary.
  • Responsible to create work order in Maximo as per the job report received from technician in the absence of Store keeper
  • Responsible to create Spare Part Request (SPR) in Maximo as per the job report received from technician in the absence of Store keeper.
  • Responsible to create local Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order in the absence of Store keeper.
  • Receive the parts make Stock Receipt Voucher (SRV) and put tagging on it in the absence of Store keeper Issues spare parts based on proper documentation and approvals in the absence of Store keeper
  • Responsible for the software system activation based on operational needs
