Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain for Oil and Gas Sector
  • Must be a Bachelor Degree Holder preferably in Industrial Engineering and must have knowledge with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have good communication skills especially in terms of dealing to customers 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, Purchasing and Procurement of parts.  
  • Preparing the inquiries, offers, invoices and packing list.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department to ensure Project Invoices are billed to the client.
  • Updating database of suppliers, liaising with them to provide them with catalogues, promotional materials, samples, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple requirements, constraints and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the operations & planning for the deliveries schedules of each project.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies and managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts and preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports. 
  • Must have Advanced Excel Skills and should be able to Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Reviews quotations, prepare comparative statements for better pricing and approval process.
  • Conduct negotiations and administer the issuance of PO.
  • Prepare and perform the development of tender specifications in line with business expectations, risk perspective & applicable laws
