Jobs Description:

• Design a health and advocacy curriculum for low-income private school students and out-of-school children in Karachi.
• Support the Lead Trainer in refining content, ensuring work is appropriately cited and documented, and meets learner needs.
• Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment of populations to ascertain learning requirements and implementation strategies.
• Gauge learning outcomes and effectiveness of the curriculum program in improving young people’s health and advocacy.
• Support Lead Trainer and other IRD Community Engagement staff in training and upskilling personnel for public health implementation programs.
