• PhD Degree from an HEC recognized or UNESCO listed institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience after PhD qualification.
• Desirable experience should include a Senior Academic, Research, and Management leadership position, preferably in skill-related disciplines.
• Possess a distinguished Research and Publications record.
• Must have a holistic understanding of issues pertaining to the dynamics of skills development and its linkages with national and international job opportunities.
• He/she should be able to forge partnerships with public, private, and development partners to mobilize resources through innovative strategies
