By House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market segmentation, target setting, and sales tactics to achieve business objectives. Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets through motivation, guidance, and training.
- Identify growth opportunities, including expanding into new geographic areas, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agencies, property developers, and referral partners to stimulate business growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance against established KPIs and targets, addressing performance gaps with action plans and Drive innovation in sales processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reaching and engaging target audiences.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to recognize and reward top-performing sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights from the field, contributing to the enhancement and customization of mortgage products based on market demands.
