By House Building Finance Corporation, Karachi Qualification:
- Masters / Bachelors degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience:
- Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.
- Min 10 years relevant post qualification experience.
- Extensive relationship building and networking skills.
- Sound decision making/ analytical problem solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory environment
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire activities/functions of the Region, provide leadership by delegating tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the branches. Create an enabling environment to achieve sales and recovery targets. Maintain liaison with corporate customers for effective relationship and fetch maximum business for the Company.
- Maintain office discipline and take appropriate disciplinary action as per policy. Ensure proper arrangement for procurement of goods and services as per delegated administrative and financial authority.
- Oversee legal cases of the Region as per directives by Head Office.
- Take measures for the capacity building of the employees of the Region through trainings and enrichment of job assignments.
- Evaluate performance of employees and provide feedback for improvement on a regular basis.
