  Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years experience.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• 1) Work with the admin team to develop and maintain the system of incentive disbursements.
  2) Ensure data is digitalized in an organized and comprehensive manner in order for finance to review payments.
  3) Work with the finance team for timely disbursement of incentives to Caregivers.
  4)  Share collection report timely with stakeholders and resolve queries.
  5) Responsible for the completion of audits (internal/external) pertaining to incentives.
