For Integrated Research and Development (IRD), Singapore Salary: SGD 53,555 – SGD 84,980 Qualification:
- Minimum required qualification is Bachelors with specialization in Public Health/Project Management/Social Policy Development/Economics or Finance
 
Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in mid-level roles involving project or grants development and management, health services delivery, development of monitoring & evaluation systems or health systems preferably in the public health domain. Experience in projects funding by international donor agencies involving social development or health services would be preferred.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an archiving & access system for key grant documents. Maintain the updated organizational credentials/profile and core team credentials and establish a process of regular updates. Participate in the grant contracting process to identify key requirements of a donor, internal, budget and grant compliance and identify how internal processes will respond to the same.
 - Establish a system of maintenance of grant files and periodic checks to ensure that grants are implemented in compliance with IRD and relevant donor regulations and contracts.
 - Coordinate the preparation of monthly deliverables reports for the global directors.
 - Coordinate with country-level GMO staff to ensure that donor reports of key programs are complete and submitted in a timely manner following the agreed protocols.
