Experience:
- Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience. Network Operations for Wholesale Voice and SMS / MNP services.
- Team Lead to handle 24x7x365 Shift Operations.
- Excellent in-depth knowledge of SIP protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of SMPP SMS protocols.
- Good knowledge of GSM, SS7 protocols.
- Computer Networks and IP Protocols. Microsoft Office Suite.
- Wireshark. Basics of OOP. Linux
- Lead Shift duty on his/her own for voice / SMS per shift according to defined SLAs: 20-30 provisioning request execution, 20-30 trouble tickets resolution, 5-10 reports generation, 20-30 routing request execution and Manage testing and troubleshooting
