Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting, Kuwait Qualification:
- Diploma (Civil Engineering) or B E/BSc (Civil Engineering)
Experience:
- 8 years’ Experience or 5 years’ experience required.
- Ministry of works (MOW) experience preferred.
- Road and Bridge/utility work experience must.
- Experience in post tension works must. Knowledge on project documentation preferred. CRPEP grade – C preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure that all the site activities have been inspected and conform to the requirement and Responsible to perform the inspection on received materials and sampling for testing.
- Responsible to check the post tensioning activities and Responsible to notify the Site Engineer and Construction manager regarding pending NCRS and SOR`S and Responsible to ensure the valid calibration for measuring and testing equipment. Responsible to escalate to release the long-time pending inspection requests with Engineers.
- Responsible to implement approved method statements, ITP, and Checklist. Responsible to ensure all the site activities to be in line with the approved method statement. Responsible to conduct all the tests on work in-progress in line with approved ITP Project specifications.
- Ensure the sub-contractor is following the works as per the approved method statement, project quality plan.
- Responsible to close out all the snag points during project handing over by getting support from the execution team.
