• 05 to 10 years’ of experience including minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Roles & Responsibilities:

• A – PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES: Responsible for submissions of all project documents to Subcontractors/clients using manual transmittal and/or document control module. Issuance of approved documents to the fabrication shop. Coordination with the project teams for the document submissions. Delivery/collection of project documents to clients. Preparation and submission of Final Documentation Dossier for all the projects on time. Performs all sorts of administrative tasks given by managers and engineers. Coordination and communication with suppliers for quotations collection. Coordination with sub-contractors. (RFQ, Job Status and follow-ups). Preparation and submission of project material cost comparisons prior to procurement. Raise purchase orders, whenever required or as instructed by Managers. B – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Customers: Ensure that priority is given to the internal customer’s complaints and view such complaints as opportunities to build the trust of the said customers. Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our internal customers and, generally speaking, to the stakeholders. Ensure that relevant actions are undertaken timely to avoid overdue. Assets management: Ensure optimum use and care of the company properties.
