- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required. Food handling and safety certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Proven track record of leadership, team building, and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and safety regulations and Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses to maximize profitability.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promotional events, upselling techniques, and menu changes. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
