For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi                         Qualification:

• Master’s degree or higher in architecture or a related design discipline (preferred) from an HEC recognized institute.

Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in architecture with at least 02 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Portfolio of previous projects is required.
• Skills: Strong technical, creative, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Aware of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of architecture.
• Proficient in computer assisted design software and equipment. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Typically involved in all stages of the architectural process, from conceptualizing and planning to executing and evaluating.
• Create and present extensive reports to internal and external teams, outlining progress, project needs, and goal markers.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local and health regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of junior architects and drafters, ensuring that the design meets the standards, codes, and regulations. Responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable architectural solutions that meet the stake-holders needs and expectations.
• Draft sketches, detailed estimate, and tender documents for projects once finalized by stakeholders and management. Site visits from time to time to make sure the execution is going on as per drawings and without any hindrance
