Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in assembly operations within the automotive industry. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. Strong technical skills in assembly line processes and machinery.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage assembly operations in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Supervise and train assembly line staff to ensure efficient production processes.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product output.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Implement safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Generate reports on production output, efficiency, and any areas of improvement
