• Must have 10 years of post-qualification experience. Technical Experience: White paper documentations, Digital Innovations Strategies, Channel Integration, Managing Digital Products, Creating MIS Dashboard,
• Strong Leadership and abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve their full potential and Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Preference having customer services / banking sector experience

Jobs Description:

• Manage Resources, Departmental & Project budgets, Issues & Risks, and project standards issues for the successful delivery of their portfolio area.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development and organizational management teams by using leadership skills to build strategic partnerships.
• Create vision for the bank, plan, and drive the enterprise-wide digital strategy and it’s aligning with organization-wide strategic objectives.
• Use technology to improve business performance whether by creating new products or re-imagining current processes.
• Responsible for digital products development and their integration with third party applications.
