VMWare Infrastructure Administrator (OG-I)-ZTBK, Islamabad

For Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Islamabad                  Qualification:

• Bachelor / 16 years of education in IT, Computer science duly recognized by HEC.
• VMWare Certification VCAP-DCV will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in a comparable position Technical Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and related components. Should have hands-on experience of system hardening and other security Standards related to VMware infrastructure.
• Experience of VMware management tools (vCenter, vRealize Operations, VMware Configuration Manager, Site Recovery Manager).
• Hands on Experience of Disaster Recovery technologies using SRM & VSphere Replication along with administration tools vRealize Operations, VMware Configuration Manager etc.
• Knowledge of any enterprise level backup solution & LTO Tape library administration & management.        

Jobs Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain the VMware virtualization infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, vSAN, and related components. Implement and maintain security controls, patches, and updates for VMware infrastructure in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with VMware support and other relevant vendors to escalate and resolve critical issues, manage service level agreements, and stay updated on the latest VMware technologies and best practices.
