- Bachelor / Master of engineering or from an accredited university.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience after graduation
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience related to water and wastewater projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination and Experience in tender document preparation and reviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the Design Consultant(s) to ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements.
- Control and manage Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team with respect to Design aspects and Evaluate and endorse variation orders / concession request submitted by the Design Consultant(s) for Client’s approval.
- Attend all meetings with Design Consultant(s), his sub-consultants and Client’s Meetings.
- Review project design strategy and make recommendation to client and Suggest alternative materials/systems to improve process design, future maintenance and construction cost.
